All peels are medium grade, which are highly effective but do not typically require significant downtime

Post facial you may experience redness and a feeling of tightness in the skin, this will subside quickly

Microneedling

Microneedling targets a variety of skin concerns, from fine lines & wrinkles, loss of elasticity, uneven tone and pigmentation, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and scars & stretch marks on the body. By using very fine needles to implement micro traumas to the skin we can prompt increased collagen production to improve tone, texture, and overall skin quality. Hyaluronic Acid is used throughout the treatments and as a mask afterwards to promote deep hydration. Microneedling can be performed on the face, neck, and decollete area, as well as on healed scars and stretch marks to improve appearance and elasticity.

Treatments are minimally invasive and required no downtime. Depending on individual needs and skin goals a series of treatments may needed. Typically a series of 3 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart achieves the best results, though some may need more, some less, with annual maintenance.

Treatment of scars and stretch marks varies depending on the size of the area and the current skin health so a consultation will be required prior to booking and providing pricing

Ahead of your facial, peel or microneedling treatment please discontinue use of AHAs & BHA, vitamin C, and exfoliants for at least 1 week

Discontinue Accutane, or similar product, for at least 6 months

Avoid sun exposure for at least 72 hours and be free of sunburns or irritation in the area

Avoiding sun exposure and using a sunscreen with SPF 30+ will be required following your treatment

You can return to normal activities following your appointment. Redness and tightness after your peel or microneedling typically resolve within 3 days or less. Minor tenderness, similar to a sunburn feeling, can occur. Avoid excessive heat, swimming pools, excessive exercise, and keep the area clean.

Physical peeling can occur, though if it does not it doesn't mean it isn't working. Peeling is a common side effect, however if noticeable peeling does not occur there is still increased turnover at a cellular level
